Shipping and Delivery To The US & Canada
Artwork Shipping Costs: US & Canada
Standard shipping (USPS flat rate or UPS ground) is available for customers in the US & Canada. Customers can use code FREESHIP75 in the Payments & Discounts section at checkout for free shipping on orders of $75 USD or more. Please note that the discount code for free flat-rate shipping applies only to the 50 US States and Canada.
Artwork Delivery Method: US & Canada
All artwork is custom-printed at the time of purchase. After I receive and QA your custom artwork, the print(s) are packaged and mailed from Charlotte to Paris to the customer’s address provided at checkout. Customers will receive a shipping notification from Charlotte to Paris when the artwork is shipped.
Artwork is shipped via USPS flat-rate shipping or UPS ground. Once the order is printed, packed and sent off for shipping, customers will receive an email from Charlotte to Paris with shipment tracking details and a link to either the USPS or UPS shipment tracking system.
Artwork Delivery Timeline: US & Canada
All artwork is custom-printed at the time of purchase. I work with a professional photography production studio to custom-print each piece of art. I QA your artwork, and then mail the print(s) to the customer’s shipping address. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for production timing: custom printing and QA review before shipping. Depending on the customer’s shipping location and the season of the year (holidays being a busier time with slower delivery timetables), customers should expect their custom printed artwork between 10-15 days after they place their order.
Customers will receive an email fulfillment notification from Charlotte to Paris when the artwork has been printed and shipped, including the shipment tracking information and link to either the USPS or UPS tracking system.
International Customers: Orders, Shipping & Delivery
Placing International Artwork Orders: France, Italy, Spain, the UK and Australia
Shipping rates are available at checkout for select countries outside of the US & Canada based on readership rates. International shipping is currently available for France, Italy, Spain, the UK and Australia. The shipping rate provided at checkout includes residential delivery fees, but it does not include import taxes or duties - import taxes, duties, and any other fees to complete the delivery are the responsibility of the customer. International customers (outside the 50 United States) are expected to fulfill tax/duty payments as required by their government.
Placing International Artwork Orders: All Other Countries
For other destinations, artwork is available for purchase by placing an order via email: lauren@charlottetoparis.com. Please provide the name of the print(s) and your desired size(s). Charlotte to Paris will provide a quote for the artwork and the estimated shipping costs within 4 business days of placing your order via email. Charlotte to Paris will not ship an order internationally without your prior approval and payment of the invoice, which will include line items for the artwork and the international shipping charges. International customers (outside of the 50 United States) are expected to fulfill tax/duty payments as required by their government.
Orders are considered international when a shipment is sent to an address outside the 50 United States and Canada. Please note that Puerto Rico, USVI, Bermuda, and Guam are considered international due to shipping costs and logistics.
International Orders: Artwork Shipping Method & Costs
For all international shipments, Charlotte to Paris uses UPS Worldwide international services. International shipment costs include service to residential addresses. However, shipping costs do not include duty, tax, brokerage, or any other “last mile” delivery fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. All international customers agree to these terms when placing an order, whether the international order was placed by the customer via the checkout page or via an emailed order and invoice.
For international shipments to France, Italy, Spain, the UK and Australia: international orders are shipped only when all ordered items are in-stock to eliminate a second shipping charge. Since all artwork is custom-printed, please allow up to 14 business days after you place your order to receive a shipment notification from Charlotte to Paris that your items have been shipped internationally. This notification will include tracking information. For customers’ planning purposes, please allow up to 14 business days for order production and preparing the order for shipment. The timeline to arrival will depend on UPS Worldwide’s typical shipping timelines specific to the customer’s location. Please note that Charlotte to Paris shipping charges include delivery to residential addresses, but the shipping charges do not include import tax, duty, brokerage fees, or any other “last mile” delivery fees.
For international shipments to countries outside of the US, Canada, France, Italy, Spain, the UK and Australia: Charlotte to Paris will provide a quote and invoice for the customer to place the order via email. The quote will include estimated shipping and delivery timelines, which are determined by UPS Worldwide and are subject to factors beyond the control of Charlotte to Paris. International orders are shipped only when all ordered items are in-stock to eliminate a second shipping charge. Since all artwork is custom-printed, please allow up to 14 business days after you place your order to receive a shipment notification from Charlotte to Paris that your items have been shipped internationally. This notification will include tracking information. The timeline to arrival will depend on UPS Worldwide’s typical shipping timelines specific to the customer’s location. Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in U.S. dollars only. International orders are shipped only when all ordered items are in-stock to eliminate a second shipping charge. Since all artwork is custom-printed, please allow up to 14 business days after the order is placed for notification from Charlotte to Paris that your items have been shipped internationally (“order is placed” is defined as the customer’s completion of the checkout process or the customer’s successful payment of the invoice). Payment And Charges: International Customs, Taxes & Fees
All goods are shipped, duties and taxes collect, meaning that import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any “last mile” delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer. Charlotte to Paris is not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, nor for the cost of any return shipping. All such charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
Although goods are shipped duties and taxes collect (meaning that import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any “last mile” delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer) it is possible that the shipping company may bill Charlotte to Paris for customs, duties, taxes, or other international fees. In this scenario, the international customer agrees that Charlotte to Paris may invoice the customer for all such charges. By placing an order on our website or via email (quote and invoice), all international customers agree to these terms.

Digital products (i.e.PDF Guidebooks) are delivered via email to the purchaser’s email address provided by the customer at checkout.
Digital products are delivered via email and will be sent to the purchaser’s email address within 15 minutes of a completed purchase.
Custom Travel Planning Services: Deliverable Method & Timeline
Charlotte to Paris will deliver custom travel plans digitally via a PDF to the purchaser’s email address provided by the customer at checkout.
Please note: custom travel planning deliverables require a longer timeline due to the custom nature of the service. Custom PDF travel plans are delivered via email within three weeks of purchase, as noted on each service purchase page.
